About Jim Taze Before entering the Real Estate sales field in the 80's, my occupation was budgeting space exploration. I worked at JPL in California reviewing procurements, analyzing bid proposals, preparing budgets and explaining to NASA headquarters why we were under budget when "over budget" was normal. Managing two million dollar projects was peanuts compared to Jupiter and Saturn responsibilities. After on of the normal "gaps" in the NASA operation, I decided to get my real estate license and use that during the down times. I became so involved I obtained my real estate broker's license and did not return to government. As I had a financial background, much of my real estate work during the first several years was related to large income projects which required financial analysis and projection. Recently, I purchased a home in Sun City Center and joined A1 Connection Realty. I bring to the table an extensive background which enhances my ability to assess, evaluate, and present the home for the seller as well as match a prospective buyer with a property that meets their needs, both financially and esthetically. |
